The Kiwi Kick:

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen kiwi

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • handful of ice cubes

  • 1 inch of ginger

  • 2 cups spinach or kale

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 2 cups milk of choice

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

  • Dash of cayenne pepper
